INSTRUCTIONS & CARE:
- Remove the protective cover
- Clip to side of pan or fryer
- Tip should never touch the bottom of pan or sides
- Do not heat to beyond thermometer temperature
- Allow to cool while clipped to the pan or place on a dry cloth
- DO NOT place hot thermometer on cold/wet surface
- DO NOT wipe or handle hot thermometer with a wet cloth
- Clean the thermometer stem before each us
