Buttercream Basics Cake Decorating Class

A class specially designed for beginners who want to explore their interest in cake
decorating, or simply want to try something new! Learn how to layer and crumb
coat a cake using buttercream and ganache. Then practise the techniques used to
create a striking rainbow/stripe effect. We will show you how to get beautiful sharp
edges and finish off with chocolate drip. Also colour and make chocolate splash
decorations. Take home your creation in a box to share with friends and family, and
